Since forming in 2022, Sweet Unrest have been Leaving audiences shellshocked with their timeless melodies, gut punching choruses, and relentless stage energy. Flirting with disaster and thriving in their own chaos; making them hard to look away from…or forget. It’s the tension between delicate sensitivity, and furious energetic impulses that defines their sound. They are both the Sweet, and the Unrest, the band have coined it ‘Grit-pop’.

Kicking off 2025 strong with a bi weekly residency at The Camden Eye in the heart of the scene. The band are putting on self curated nights celebrating grassroots music with some of the best bands the scene has to offer. So far the nights have all sold out and are proving to be a huge success.
With plans of taking 'Sweet Spot' on the road for the summer, watch this space.
