WHO DO WE THINK WE ARE?

Since forming in 2023, Sweet Unrest have been leaving audiences pleasantly shellshocked with their timeless melodies, gut punching choruses, and relentless stage energy. Flirting with disaster and thriving in their own chaos, they are hard to look away from, or forget. It’s the tension between delicate and furious impulses that defines their sound. They are both the Sweet, and the Unrest, the band have coined it ‘Gritpop’.

Their debut physical release Falling For You / Peace of Mind, was released by No Distance Records and hit #12 on the vinyl charts.

Since 2025 Sweet Unrest have gone from truants to tastemakers with their residency at The Camden Eye, where the most exciting new bands in London come to play. The night champions grassroots music, and these exclusive, sell-out nights have quickly become a must play for anyone on the scene.

'Sweet Spot' is set to have a dedicated stage at The Great Escape in 2026.
